This years United Kingdom Investor in Equality Diversity (UKIED) Annual National Equality Conference-The Impact of the Austerity Agenda on Equality & Diversity, will be taking place at Hilton, Olympia Hotel, Kensington, London, 10th July 2015.
This year’s conference will include key note addresses from Dr Omar Khan, Director of the Runnymede Trust, Professor Doirean Wilson, Middlesex University and leading Guardian Columnist Patrick Butler (we are also expecting a senior political and policy figure). The conference will include a number of workshops delivered by national and international specialists. The conference will also recognise the achievements of a number of organisations that have successfully completed the UKIED charter mark process.
Last year’s conference attracted over 80 face to face delegates (with a further 2000 online delegates) we are anticipating even greater numbers for this year’s event. The conference attracts a wide range of senior strategic leaders from the public, private and third sectors and will be of particular interest to

- Human resources professionals
- Equality and diversity professionals and special interest organisations
- Senior public and private sector managers and leaders
- Teachers and lecturers
- Education and training providers
- Charities and stakeholder organisations
The conference starts at 10:15am to 11:00am Registration and Exhibition, from 11:00 to 15:00, Exhibitors/Sponsors Drinks Reception 15:00pm to 15:30.
The conference is free to delegates who work in the public or charity sectors who apply for a delegate place before the 31st May (subject to availability maximum of 2 free places from one organisation). Standard delegate costs for delegates who work for private sector organisations is £299 + VAT however if you book before the 31st May it is only £199 + VAT.
